Why doesn't the colour show on some pages?

Scanned pages and full-page pictures have their own background, which covers the colour. It shows on pages made from text, like exports from Word.

Will it use a lot of ink when printing?

A coloured background prints on the whole page. Keep the original for printing, or choose a very light tint.

Is my PDF kept private?

Yes. Your file travels over an encrypted connection and stays private to you — nobody else can open it. Projects you save are kept in your account until you delete them, and download links we email you expire after 7 days.
