Excel to SQL in three steps
Loading a spreadsheet into a database by hand means writing a CREATE TABLE and hundreds of INSERTs. Drop your Excel workbook above; it opens in Mega Excel Studio with the export window set to SQL, so you can look it over, change anything and download. Each sheet becomes a table named after it, with a column per header, types worked out from the values (whole numbers, decimals, true/false, text), and INSERTs of 100 rows each. An .sql script is CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements a database runs to load your data, and opens in MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite, SQL Server, phpMyAdmin and DBeaver.
Types worked out
INTEGER, REAL, BOOLEAN or TEXT.
Checked in Mega Excel Studio
Sort, fix and format before you download.
Why SQL
Load a table into a database in one step.
