How is this different from Merge PDF?

Merge PDF puts files one after the other. Overlay PDF puts them on top of each other, so page 1 of both ends up on one page.

What if the pages are different sizes?

Choose Stretch to make the overlay match each page exactly, or Fit to keep its shape and centre it.

Can the overlay be see-through?

Yes — choose 75%, 50% or 25% opacity to see the page underneath.

Is my PDF kept private?

Yes. Your file travels over an encrypted connection and stays private to you — nobody else can open it. Projects you save are kept in your account until you delete them, and download links we email you expire after 7 days.
