Write an eviction notice the right way
Before a landlord can file for eviction, most states require a written notice to the tenant. This eviction notice template covers the three usual kinds — a notice to pay rent or quit, a notice to cure or quit (for a broken lease term) and a notice to quit — with the tenant and property, the rent period and amount owed, the number of days to pay or comply, the deadline, how to pay, and a proof of service that records when and how the notice was delivered. Fill in the form, open the notice in Mega Word Studio to adjust it, and download it as a PDF or Word document to serve.
