Smaller images, same look — without uploading anything
Big images slow down websites, bounce off email size limits and eat phone storage. Converting a photo to WebP at around 80% quality typically cuts its size by more than half with no visible difference.
Everything happens on your device using your browser's own image engine, so private photos stay private. Drop in a whole batch, tweak the format, quality and size, and compare before and after side by side.

Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Conversion uses an in-browser canvas, so your files never leave your device.
Which format should I use?
WebP for the web (smallest files), JPG when you need maximum compatibility, PNG for screenshots, logos and anything with transparency.
Why did my PNG get bigger?
PNG is lossless, so photos saved as PNG are often larger than the original JPG. Use WebP or JPG for photos, or resize the image.
What happens to transparency when I convert to JPG?
JPG doesn't support transparency, so transparent areas are filled with white.
